How do we assess Artistic Quality?Artistic quality is central to our responsibility as an Arts Council funded organisation and our role as an arts development agency. This approach gives us a framework for describing artistic quality. Kaleido has a panel of deaf and disabled professional artists as board members who assist staff in the assessment of artist's work.
